2. Cancellation After Work Begins
Once the project has started, planned, scheduled, or partially completed, cancellations may not be accepted.
In special cases, partial cancellation may be considered based on the amount of work completed.
3. Non-Cancellable Services
The following services cannot be cancelled once initiated:
- Digital marketing campaigns already launched
- Software development work in progress or delivered
- Customized or client-specific solutions
- Third-party purchases (hosting, domain, tools, plugins)
4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
